IATF France Takes Part in Spanish Association for Quality (AEC) Event

On June 26, IATF France participated in the 333rd Plenary Meeting of the AEC Automotive Committee. This meeting, organized by the Spanish Association for Quality (AEC), took place at the AENOR headquarters in Madrid.

Liborio Salemi, Director of IATF France, was a panelist in a discussion centered on the Complaint Management System (CMS) process for addressing complaints against companies certified under the IATF 16949 standard. The session, moderated by Gema Prudencio from AENOR, also featured insights from Carlos Moreno (Antolín) and Elena Unquera (AENOR) offering different stakeholder perspectives.

The event provided an important platform for exchanging best practices and discussing challenges associated with this complaint management process, further emphasizing IATF France’s dedication to advancing quality management within the automotive industry.
