IATF France
IATF France is a non-profit association (under French Law 1901), whose members include FIEV, Renault Group, Stellantis, and Volvo Group. It plays a strategic role in maintaining the integrity and development of the IATF scheme by overseeing certification body operations, coordinating auditor qualification, contributing to the development of standards, and actively engaging with the automotive industry.
Dedicated to excellence and the reliability of the IATF 16949 certification scheme, IATF France ensures that stakeholders in the automotive industry can have full confidence in this certification system.

Oversight
IATF France ensures certification bodies comply with IATF rules by implementing rigorous monitoring, regular audits, and in-depth performance evaluations. It handles complaints, implements necessary corrective actions, and coordinates with other oversight offices to maintain the integrity of the scheme.
Training
With its team of experts, IATF France is working to develop a structured training program to enhance the skills of IATF system auditors. In partnership with other monitoring offices, it ensures the continuous improvement of auditors, thus guaranteeing accurate evaluations aligned with IATF requirements.
Standardisation
IATF France actively participates in the development and standardisation of IATF standards in collaboration with other oversight offices and IATF members.
Association
IATF France supports the automotive ecosystems in France, the Iberian Peninsula, Sweden, and the Mediterranean region. It works closely with automotive manufacturers and national associations to foster innovation and strengthen the representation of stakeholders within the IATF.
